The Fed’s Failings, China’s Military Buildup and Low-Volume Markets Mark Final Day of 2024

by | Dec 31, 2024

LIVE AT 2 PM ET: TURNING POINT 2025 — MY BIGGEST, BOLDEST AND MOST SHOCKING PROJECTIONS FOR 2025 AND MORE!

Futures are up slightly as we head into the final trading day of 2024, but don’t expect institutional involvement until probably late next week as the low-volume environment continues.

Like I said yesterday, that means right now is no time to be a hero!

Not only that, but there’s a lot of fear growing that the Federal Reserve is failing in its efforts to manage inflation, and it could be losing control. A big red flag is next year’s projected rate cuts have gone from six to just one…

And that’s worrisome.

On the global stage, geopolitical tensions are rising as China undergoes its largest military buildup since the 1930s, and that’s something to watch heading into the new year.

A lot of people are making big projections heading into the new year, and I have a few of my own that I’ll share at 2 p.m. ET today!

Back to the markets this morning…

Stocks are up, but it’s just random and I have very little faith it will hold up…

I’ll cover all that, my daily hitlist of longs and shorts and more in this morning’s “Premarket Must Watch” video!
