With the Federal Reserve set to raise rates next year, most traders are worried that residential real estate is going to soften up.
In fact, I read an article on Monday that said the Fed recently updated its exuberance index, which identifies housing bubbles early to mitigate damage, for Q2 2021.
It’s warning that U.S. real estate prices are in a bubble for the first time since 2007!
I mean, my own analysis says the same thing, which tends to happen when the Fed raises rates.
