It’s been brought to our attention that someone is impersonating Roger Scott on Telegram, so we felt it was important to notify all of his subscribers immediately. We take your security very seriously!
Unfortunately, cyber scammers are everywhere in today’s world, so please stay vigilant and don’t let them take advantage of you. To better protect yourself against these scammers, here are a few tips:
Tip 1: Check the Channel
Roger Scott only has two official Telegram channels — Roger Scott, and Roger Scott Trading Pit.

Remember, neither Roger Scott nor anyone from The TradingPub team will ever contact you directly through Telegram, or ask you to send money for Roger to invest for you.
Oftentimes, scammers will pull real pictures of the person they’re trying to impersonate to make it more believable, so keep a careful eye on the language and name of the channel to ensure it’s the REAL thing.
Tip 2: Communication Boundaries
If you ever join a channel and someone asks you to send money, a portion of your proceeds, subscription details, or if you receive a direct message from someone pretending to be Roger Scott or a staff member of The TradingPub — THIS IS A SCAM!
Please do NOT send your personal information, and especially not your payment information through Telegram……EVER!
Company communications will always come via direct, official channels like email ([email protected]) or phone (904-404-8873) — either can be done with your consent to do so — or through The TradingPub customer service department.
Tip 3: Take Action and Report It
If you get a message via social media or a Telegram account where they’re “advertising” things like this, please report it directly to the platform and block them immediately. DO NOT engage or send them money.
Again, neither Roger Scott nor anyone from The TradingPub team will EVER reach out to you via direct message on Telegram.
