Get my pre-election hitlist of FIVE stocks entering “wealth windows”

Institutional traders are unlikely to make any big moves before Thursday morning’s Consumer Price Index report, so markets should remain choppy until then.
Stocks are relatively flat premarket, and we have the latest FOMC minutes coming at 2 p.m. ET today, which could provide some volatility.
Watch the lower 21 levels for the VIX.
Crude oil has started to come back down and gold is now approaching support levels.
China’s market is imploding, and if I’m holding gold right now, I’d be very careful. I would not initiate any new long positions in gold while it’s below the eight-day exponential moving average.
I would wait for it to jump back up to the high-$2,600 level before initiating any new positions…
