Apple, Palantir, Square, Coinbase, Shopify, Moderna, DraftKings, Eli Lilly and more… oh my!
We have a BIG day of earnings ahead, which is in part why I’ve scaled back on trading because you don’t want to get caught in wild swings.
Some of the companies above are reporting this morning, and some after the close, including Apple, which we want to watch very closely. As Apple goes, so goes the market.
It closed near a swing high on Wednesday and it’s just under its 50-day moving average. If it pops higher, the market will likely take a ride with it.
Amazon, Netflix and Nvidia also look like they want to swing higher. So we have a lot of tech stocks that look ready to rise — as do the S&P 500 (SPY) and Nasdaq 100 (QQQ).
This tells me we could see very strong buying pressure today…
