Stocks are on the move Thursday morning on the heels of the latest Consumer Price Index inflation report.
Year over year, the CPI rose 3.0% versus expectations of 3.1% and a previous reading of 3.3%. Core CPI excluding more volatile food and energy prices came in at 3.3% YOY versus expectations of 3.5% and a previous reading of 3.4%.
Stocks are surging higher on the news of lowering inflation, as are bonds (TLT). Gold is also rising, but this isn’t good news for gold…
So Fed Chair Jerome Powell can say that inflation is getting better, and have some data to back that up.
This is good news for the stock market and could provide a short-term boost. We still have the Producer Price Index inflation data coming Friday.
Jump into today’s video up top and we’ll cover key levels to watch…
I’ll cover all that, my daily hitlist of longs and shorts and more in this morning’s “Premarket Must Watch” video!

P.S. 1 Pattern Has Returned an Average of 85% Per Year Since 2020…

Created some incredible strategies…
And even designed some amazing tools…
But there’s one thing I’ve always kept close to the chest — not because I didn’t want to share it, but rather because I didn’t know the best way to share it…
Well, I finally figured it out…
And it all starts with something I call the world’s most predictable pattern…
Since 2020, it’s averaged an 85% return per year — and that’s not backtested! That’s on over 100 logged and published opportunities…
With election season in full swing, I actually want to teach you what this pattern is…
I think it will make a big difference in which stocks you target in the second half of the year…
