I don’t mean to sound like a broken record here but… we had another fantastic day of trading this morning, and this earnings season can’t get any better.
Or can it?
We’ve been racking up monster wins, many of which I gave away just for attending my live events — you’re welcome!
And the BIG play from Thursday’s live session — which I also gave out as a top earnings play on Wednesday — came from Atlassian (TEAM)…
The stock was up 21% premarket Friday, and I cashed out the above winner along with a nice gainer in Monster (MNST) — BANG!!!
I can see by the number of reactions in my free Telegram channel that a lot of you are happy as well!
Then this morning when we closed them out, some Snapchat (SNAP) calls hit the scanner. By 11 a.m., they were up 25% and then 35% — I usually like to lighten up and take some profits around 25%, by the way.
These live events are can’t-miss — can’t wait to see you at the next one!
As far as what’s hitting for earnings Monday, Palantir (PLTR) and Hims & Hers Health (HIMS) both report after the close…
PLTR is quite the high-flier this year, up 150%… And we saw a pretty sizable order in the Nov. 8 expiration, $45.50 calls earlier this week to the turn of about $357K in premium.
Market makers project a move of $5.68 higher or lower on the report, so these are within range of the stock’s current $42ish price per share. Keep in mind, these can quickly go to $0 if wrong because they’re short-dated weekly calls expiring next Friday.
We also saw an order this week in the Nov. 8, $20 calls in HIMS, with market makers expecting a move of $3.84 higher or lower. HIMS is surging today, up 7% at one point, so we might look for a pullback on this one first…
We also saw a long-dated position in the WYNN March $110 calls… Now, normally we love to trade casino stocks, but this is way too long-dated for our taste. March 2025 is a looong way away at this point.
We like to look at plays a lot closer in expiration.
