>>>SIX insiders just bought 126K shares of my favorite $16 stock — get the details on No. 1 swing trade for July LIVE at 1 p.m. ET on Tuesday! <<<
First, be sure to clear your schedule for 3 p.m. ET on Wednesday so you can trade the close with me!
We have a lot of fun during these sessions, and they’ve made for some incredible trade wins! Not to mention, earnings season really gets underway on Thursday with Delta (DAL) and PepsiCo (PEP) reporting — we saw a PEP play in today’s order flow — followed by the big banks on Friday!
As for today’s video… I want to discuss something I rarely ever cover, and that’s penny stocks.
Penny stocks can be super risky and are ripe for pump-and-dump schemes, specifically those that experience a sudden surge in price due to news announcements or hype.
I highlighted the potential for quick losses and the difficulty in timing entry and exit points, and also recommend sticking to stocks that have sustained volume and liquidity, indicating a healthier market and more stable price action.
📈 Penny stocks can experience rapid price increases followed by equally rapid declines, leaving investors with significant losses.
📉 These stocks often lack sustained volume and liquidity, making it difficult to exit positions once the hype fades.
⚠️ Timing is critical in penny stock trading, and even experienced investors can find it challenging to predict price movements.
🚀 I suggest focusing on stocks with continuous volume and liquidity, which may offer more stable growth and better risk management.
💡 I also emphasized the importance of avoiding “hype names” that rely on short-term news or trends for their price appreciation.
As for the day’s top flow, we have some PEP calls that are smack dab in the money for Thursday’s report. We also saw some in-the-money puts for a company called Helen of Troy (HELE), which we don’t recall seeing very much if ever.
Puts are often hedges in case a stock tanks on earnings, but these are in the money and the stock is down over 25% year to date.
Finally, we saw a $1.2 million bet in Nvidia (NVDA), but these are way too long-dated for our taste.
As always, respect the risk!

Keep in mind…
There are roughly 2,400 companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
So finding ONE stock to swing this month is no easy feat.
But when I saw whales throwing over $2M into this low-priced gem…
I knew I had to take a closer look…
And realized I had to “strike when the iron’s hot.”
While we cannot promise future returns or against losses…
I don’t think you’ll want to miss out.
