iShares 20 Plus Year Treasury Bond ETF (Nasdaq: TLT)
Interest rates are breaking higher and most of the market is offside on this one. I love a good contrarian trade that the bond bull traders never saw coming. I expect a vicious move higher in yields in the coming weeks, and for many fund managers to get carried out as their bond portfolio gets whacked. The TLT treasury ETF goes down when yields go higher. I see price breaking down to the 100-day moving average within a couple of weeks, and we might even flash test the March lows. If that happens, the puts will pay nicely. Put a stop-loss at $151.82, which you can use to signal to get out of the put as well.
